Structural Engineering Design
We can provide the documentation required by councils for your Resource Consent or Building Consent submissions for your projects. We design all building structures in all structural materials including concrete, timber, steel, light steel framing, aluminium and masonry. We also specialise in the design of buildings using structural insulated sandwich panels (SIPS).

Structural Engineering Design & PS1s
Our structural engineering services encompass a wide range of projects, from medium-rise buildings to residential and industrial facilities. We focus on creating safe, efficient, and sustainable structural designs.
On satisfactory completion of the design, we can issue a Producer Statement - Design (PS1)

Construction Monitoring & PS4s
Our construction monitoring services are for any structurally designed elements and structural queries. On satisfactory completion of the Site Works, we can issue a Producer Statement - Construction Review (PS4)

Peer Reviews & PS2s
Our experienced engineers are able to review the designs of other engineers.
On satisfactory completion of the Peer Review, we can issue a Design Review - (PS2)

Light Steel Framing
Our expertise in Light Steel Framing (LSF) - also known as Cold Formed Steel (CFS) allows us to create innovative solutions for a wide variety of buildings. With a comprehensive portfolio encompassing diverse applications across New Zealand, we have demonstrated that anything you can frame in timber, you can frame in light gauge (cold-formed) steel.
